What if I need to canel my next visit

Notice of Single Visit Cancellation

 

We do ask for at least 4 days notice prior to your next visit if you wish to cancel an appointment or reduce our agreed visit time

 

A small additional charge of £10.00 will be added to your account to cover staffing and administration costs if these cancellation terms are not followed

Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?

​

No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.

 

PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT carry bleach as part of our cleaning products. If you would like us to use bleach, then please just let us know and leave in a safe place for us to use on our visits.

Do you wash windows?

​

Unfortunately, we do not wash windows. We do as part of our service, clean your windows and window frames on a regular basis.

​

If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?

​

Yes there will be a fee of £10 to cover our lost income.

​

How much notice do you require to terminate our services?

​

Termination of Services

 

We require 21 working days notice for Termination of Services. If a minimum of 21 working days is not given, we will require full payment for the next visit to cover staffing and administrative costs.

 

We reserve the right to cancel our services giving 48 hours notice prior to our next agreed visit day / date.

Why do you price your ironing on a "per item" basis?

​

The amount of ironing for our clients varies every week.

 

We believe that you should not have to fill a basket of items just to make it worth while and as long as the order is a minimum of £20, you get to manage what we get to iron.

Do I have to pay you when I am on holiday?

​

Holidays

 

We understand that everyone takes holidays throughout the working year. As a small business, a regular income throughout the year is vital.

 

At present we do not ask for payment for our services whilst you are taking your standard 5 weeks of holiday, asking that you simply allow us ample notice in order that we can plan our weeks when we are not visiting your home.

 

However, as we stated before, a regular income is vital for our business to run smoothly.

 

Therefore, we do require a minimum payment of 50% of your usual regular cleaning visit fee when we have been cancelled for more than 5 weeks.

 

As a company we close for annual holiday, Public Holidays and Christmas. We will notify each client, with an objective to re-arrange and confirm your next appointment at the earliest opportunity.

Is there a minimum visit time?

​

Yes. We have a minimum combined time per visit of 2 hours.

 

As we operate in pairs, this will mean that we will be in your home for 1 hour.

 

(1 hour per cleaner)

Do I have to sign an agreement/contract with your company?

​

No. We have never asked a client to sign any form of contract. We believe in an open and mutually respectful arrangement. All we ask is that the basic principles are agreed as per the guidelines and our terms of business which these cover.
